Gears of War.
This is, without a doubt, the best looking game I have ever seen. And it's still only running off of one of the Xbox 360's three CPU cores. I can't imagine how insane the finished product will be.

This is a must-buy. PERIOD.
The ONLY thing that bummed me out abou t the game is the lack of a multi-player option. Still, the single player game looks absolutely amazing and I think will be the first game to truly usher in this next generation of gaming.
